When she isn’t at home on her acreage with her husband Reg or spending time with her growing family which now includes four precious grandchildren, she is actively helping people with their real estate goals. “My passion is first time home buyers. Marilyn not only specializes with first time home buyers, but she is very keen in helping people with all aspects of real estate. Owning a couple of investment properties herself, she has the tools and knowledge to guide people to make sound decisions with income properties. Plus she has ten years of new home construction experience. “Since I have worked for a new home builder in Lethbridge previously, I can explain what’s involved with building and buying brand new homes.
