Marilyn Eyre is a real estate professional who believes that success in real estate starts with one simple principle: treat people the way you want to be treated. Known for her integrity, patience, and genuine care for her clients, Marilyn is passionate about helping people make confident, informed real estate decisions.

When she’s not working with clients, Marilyn enjoys life on her acreage with her husband, Reg, and spending quality time with her growing family—including four treasured grandchildren. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and that perspective strongly shapes the way she serves her clients.

Marilyn has a special passion for first-time home buyers. She understands how meaningful homeownership is, especially for younger clients, and loves guiding them through the process with clarity, encouragement, and excitement. Having two adult children herself, she appreciates the importance of helping the next generation build a strong foundation through homeownership.

In addition to working with first-time buyers, Marilyn brings broad experience across all aspects of real estate. As an owner of investment properties, she provides practical insight and sound guidance to clients interested in income properties. She also brings over ten years of experience in new home construction, having previously worked for a new home builder in Lethbridge. This background allows her to clearly explain the building process and help clients understand their options—whether purchasing a brand-new home or an existing property.
